1000 revolutions offers up to 50 local adults of all ages – musicians, community members, students, artists, aspiring & professional performers – the opportunity to take part in this thrilling performance trail. You can join the creative team as a performer, musician or visual installation artist, working alongside Periplum’s professional crew to create an epic experience for audiences in a variety of exciting locations.

Performance – Participants will have the chance to develop skills in physical theatre, ensemble choreography, interactive, promenade, invisible & surround performance.

Music – We have worked with local professional musicians, community music groups, DJs, MCs and diverse music styles to showcase local music scenes. In Kings Cross we worked with 18 musicians from Key Changes, part of the Islington Music Forum, using music as a positive force for people whose lives have been affected by mental health issues.

Visual – You can help to make installations such as revolutionary mobile units and teenage bedrooms to transform spaces and create an immersive experience for audiences.
